- Take measures: Take measures to achieve the objectives. The measures may consist of taking technical measures, adjusting processes or changing behaviour. We use Green Design Thinking and Green Project Management (GPM) to change processes or create products / services in a different way.
- Measure the results: Measure the results of the measures to evaluate whether they are effective. We obtain transparency and insight into the measurements by setting up a Green Obeya. Obeya is a Japanese term meaning large space. It is sometimes compared to the bridge of a ship, a cockpit or a ‘war room’.
- Make adjustments: Make adjustments to the measures if they are not effective. By regularly meeting in the Green Obeya with the right decision-makers in the organization, you can respond flexibly to feedback — Sustainagility.
A sustainability transformation is a continuous process. It is important to regularly evaluate the sustainability strategy and adapt it to changing circumstances. Green Leadership in combination with coaching helps with this.
